Contract Details
Students
By signing below, I, the student, acknowledge that I have read and/or clearly understand:
The eligibility requirements of being a part of Team 4469 and know that if at any point I do not meet those requirements, will be suspended from the team until deficiency is amended.
That only being a semi-active member on the team will not grant me the same privileges as being a fully active member

The Physical Safety policy of Team 4469
The Digital Safety policy of Team 4469
The rules and eligibility for travel with Team 4469
It is my responsibility to manage my attendance and ensure it is accurate
By signing, I also acknowledge that it is responsibility as a member of this team to report any problem to team leadership or mentors.
Parents/Guardians
By signing below, I, the parent, acknowledge that I have read and/or clearly understand:
What is expected of me, as a parent, as laid out in the Parent Expectations section of the Team Handbook
For my student to be an active member, they will follow the requirements set out in the Student Eligibility section of the Team Handbook
Team 4469 will not pay for any travel unless the student meets the guidelines set in the Team Travel section
My student is expected to be responsible for themselves. If they have a question or concern about the team, they can let interact with team leadership for themselves.
