Communication

All members must have an active email address that is registered with the team. They must check it daily. Important messages will be communicated to members via Slack. Team updates will be shared via the team website and Slack.

Team Website, Calendar, and Blog

The team website is located at www.raidrobotics.org. The team calendar will be updated by leadership to ensure that all students are aware of any meeting or event.

The team also has a blog on the team website. Here, the team leadership will post updates over the course of the entire year.

Social Media

Team 4469 maintains a social media presence on Facebook, Snapchat, Instagram, YouTube, and Flickr. These accounts are managed by students and mentors of the business team. All of the social media accounts can be accessed via the team website.

Slack

Students are required to join the team’s Slack organization. Team announcements during the season and at competitions will be broadcast via Slack. It is also used as a tool to collaborate on work outside the team meetings.

If there is any obstacles with joining slack, the team annoucements are published via an RSS feed. This can be read on any common RSS reader.
